Annual General Meeting 2026

Toujours ensemble invites its members to attend its Annual General Meeting, which will take place on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., at Toujours ensemble’s Centre de perseverance scolaire Marcelle and Jean Coutu, located at 601, 2nd Avenue, Verdun.

Please note that the meeting will take place in French.

This annual gathering is an important moment in the associative life of Toujours ensemble. It allows members to learn about the organization’s achievements over the past year, adopt its official documents, and contribute to its democratic life.

The meeting will be followed by a networking cocktail and special presentations.

  5. Adoption of the minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on June 18, 2025
  6. Presentation and adoption of the 2025–2026 Annual Report
  7. Presentation and adoption of the 2026–2027 Action Plan stemming from the strategic plan
  8. Presentation of the audited 2025–2026 financial statements
  9. Appointment of an auditor for 2026–2027
  10. Presentation and approval of a Board resolution regarding the exceptional extension of certain mandates for a period of one year
  11. Election of board members

Member participation is essential to the associative life of Toujours ensemble. Your presence allows you to learn more about the work carried out with youth and families in Verdun–Île-des-Sœurs, ask questions, and contribute to the organization’s main directions.

Election to the Board of Directors

This year, three seats will be filled on the Board of Directors.

Toujours ensemble is looking to welcome individuals who wish to contribute to its mission with youth and families in Verdun–Île-des-Sœurs. The areas of expertise and skills sought include, in particular:

  • Human resources
  • Business sector and/or partnership development
  • Education sector

Individuals interested in submitting their candidacy are invited to complete the candidacy form and send it to Tamara Speth at the following address: tamara.speth@toujoursensemble.org

 

Candidacy form

Applications received will be reviewed before the Annual General Meeting. A meeting may also be scheduled with candidates in order to learn more about their background, their interest in Toujours ensemble, and their understanding of the role of a board member.

Selected candidacies will then be presented to members at the Annual General Meeting as part of the election process outlined in the agenda.
